Poems For Bulletin Boards

The Gallery of Cover Art at The Haiku Foundation is another good way to teach about haiku, and inspire new art.

There are several Galleries at The Haiku Foundation.

Yesterday I went to Mead Public Library in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.  They had a nice selection of used books for sale.  I bought two poetry books, for less than a dollar.  I stopped at a restaurant on the way home.  A young  person held the door for me.

Lilacs were blooming along the roads.

Our peonies will bloom soon.

Sharing Haiku Lesson 2 – The Haiku Foundation Digital Library

Ellen Grace Olinger - Haiku Art Site

Jim Kacian and I completed a new lesson plan:

Sharing Haiku Lesson 2 – The Haiku Foundation Digital Library.

I will keep this post short, and hope you can look at the plan if you are interested.  It lists the 7 collections in THF Digital Library, and the lesson features a book by Ion Codrescu.  Garry Eaton is the volunteer librarian.

The Haiku Foundation is non-profit.

Thank you
